. A brand new shopping mall is being built in between La Zenia and Playa Flamenca in Orihuela Costa, Costa Blanca, Spain. The name of the La Zenia shopping mall will be La Zenia Boulevard.
La Zenia Boulevard Shopping Mall (Orihuela Costa), will open its doors in November 2012 and will create 1,800 direct jobs and approximately 3,000 indirect jobs.
The development of this La Zenia shopping mall has an investment of more than 185 million euros and is proof that the Valencia province is showing a positive commitment towards job creation. La Zenia Bouevard will have 150 shops and 5000 parking spaces. The La Zenia shopping mall is situated next to the AP-7 motorway and there has been vast changes to the nearby road network to ease access to the site.
The comapnies that have said they are going into La Zenia Boulevard include Auchan, C&A, Decathlon, Leroy Merlin, Norauto, Primark, Worten,Zara Inditex Group, and many others.
