The airport is only a 30 minute drive away and allows International tourists to come to the area directly, rather than using domestic European flights. There is also Europe’s second largest theme park being built within a 40 minute drive. Paramount resort theme park, Murcia. It is estimated that the Theme park will bring an extra 3 million visitors to the area annually once it opens in Easter 2015.
